Utility Department

Description of Operations:

Utility billing customer service processes the monthly utility bills and payments.  Payments are due on the second Friday of each month.  Customers may contact a customer service representative to establish or disconnect service, inquire about their utility bill, inquire about service disruptions, report water leaks, and purchase garbage bags.  New customers are provided a welcome packet, which includes information about the City of Bellaire and the City's utility services.
