Officer Tracie Mathews-Segura began her career with Bellaire Police Department in January of 2006. Officer Mathews-Segura started her Law Enforcement career with Galveston Police Department in June 2003. Officer Mathews-Segura currently holds a TCLEOSE Advanced Certificate and is the lead instructor for the R.A.D. System program offered by the Bellaire Police Department.
