"The Officer Lucy Dog Park" was named in honor of Officer Lucy, Bellaire's K-9 detective who passed away of natural causes.

Below you will find the new dog park rules and registration information.

Dog Park Rules

1. Hours - 5:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
2. No children under 12
3. No unattended dogs
4. No aggressive dogs, dogs in heat or dogs under 4 months
5. Dog handlers must pick up and dispose of waste
6. Dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving
7. Dogs must be unleashed after entering
8. Dogs must wear current license and vaccination tags
9. Dog handlers must carry vaccination records
10. Maximum of 3 dogs per person
11. No digging or persistent barking
12. No spiked or pronged collars
13. No food or drinks (dog or human)
